Q. Is everything on your site sterling silver?
A. The majority of items on this site will be made with fine sterling silver. We will, however, occasionally offer certain items that do not include sterling silver but are special or unique in some way.
Q. What is the definition of sterling silver?
A. The traditional definition of sterling silver is that it is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and no more than 7.5% copper.

Q. Do you have products other than what is offered on this site?
A. We have access to many other products not listed, and welcome inquiries or special requests.
Q. Can I order by phone, mail or fax?
A. Yes, but on-line ordering is the quickest method. If faxing an order, please call first.
Q. When are items shipped?
A. Unless otherwise specified, items are shipped on the next business day following receipt of cleared payment.
Q. What methods of payment are accepted?
A. The following methods of payment are accepted:

- Mastercard
- American Express
- Paypal
- Money Order
- Cashier's Check
- Personal Check
Credit card payments are preferred and will result in quickest shipment. Money orders and cashier's checks are also acceptable, but items will not ship until payment is actually received by us. Personal checks are also accepted, but will delay shipment until check clears the bank (could be up to 7 days after receipt).
Q. Are shipped items insured for damage or loss?
A. Orders over $200.00 are offered with FREE SHIPPING and INSURANCE. Buyers of smaller orders are charged very reasonable amounts to cover shipping, handling and insurance. We do not look to make money on shipping, handling or insurance. We may, from time to time, offer items with optional shipping insurance. Even in these cases, we always highly recommend that buyers opt to take the insurance coverage.
Q. What shipping methods do you use?
A. We ship primarily USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail.
Q. Will you ship to places other than the US?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Will you ship to an APO?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Can I have a package shipped to an address other than my billing address?
A. Yes, provided clear written instructions are given with order .
Q. Is shipping discounted if multiple items are ordered?
A. Unless otherwise stated, shipping costs are based upon the total dollar amount of an order. Multiple orders may be combined for additional savings on shipping and insurance provided they are paid for at the same time.

Q. Will you sell wholesale to others in the trade?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Are the items shown in the pictures their actual size?
A. Not in all cases. Due to the variety of screen types and sizes, browsers and resolutions, most pictures may show a variance in size. We include measurements of the pieces in most cases. If a piece is all sterling silver (no stones) we include the weight of the item to let you know how much silver is in the piece.
Q. Do I have to pay state sales tax on my purchases?
A. If the item is shipped to Florida or if the buyer lives in Florida, we are obligated to collect Florida State Sales Tax wich varies by your location.
