Payment Methods

Credit card payments are preferred and will get your purchases shipped more quickly than any other method.  Both Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. Your order can be taken and paid for immediately at Checkout if you are paying with either Visa or Mastercard.

Money Orders and Cashier's Checks are accepted and will get your purchases shipped after receipt of your payment.

Personal and business checks are also accepted, but must clear the bank before your purchases can be shipped.  This could delay shipment by several days compared to other methods of payment.

Shipping & Availability

Some of the products offered by J.P. Silver Jewelry are in-stock and ready to ship to buyers, some are offered through drop-shippers who will ship to our buyers once we tell them to do so, and some are "special order" items which are not kept in-stock, but are obtained by us once a buyer places an order.  The latter will generally take about a week longer to ship than in-stock items. Special Order items are usually clearly marked in product listings so buyers will understand that these items will take a little longer to get to them.  

Returns

Purchasing fine jewelry on-line does present certain challenges that do not exist with purchases made at the shopping mall or the corner jewelry store.  It is simply not possible to try something on or feel the texture or weight of an item.

While returns create inconvenience for buyers and sellers, they are sometimes inevitable.  All we ask at J.P. Silver Jewelry is that buyers who wish to return an item let us know as soon as possible and no later than 15 calendar days after receipt of the item.

Upon our receipt of a returned item, a refund of the purchase price will be made by the same method as the payment was made.  Should you choose to apply a refund as a credit toward another purchase from "J.A. Pucci & Associates", an additional 5% credit will be given in appreciation of your loyalty and patronage.

Privacy & Security

We pledge to our customers that all contact information received by us will only be used for purposes directly associated with current and future transactions between us. 

Under no circumstances will we ever give, transfer, or sell our customers' or prospective customers' contact information to anyone else.

Our site uses a secure server, for payment purposes because we recognize that the safety of one's information is the last thing that any consumer should worry about.
